Conductor with PERFECT Timing?

As a music school graduate I know first hand how hard conduction can be.  Well this amazing video shows a conductor with perfect timing. This conductor’s timing is programmed I assume.  Very cool none the less. I don’t think any human conductors are shaking their batons in worry of being replaced.
